HR's next chapter belongs to leaders who translate data into decisions, technology into human outcomes, and complexity into clarity.

I'm an HR executive and thought leader with nearly two decades building scalable, tech-enabled people operations for SaaS and technology companies across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM.

My path into people leadership started in operations, running guest relations and customer service departments where I led the teams and owned the experience end to end. People operations has been the throughline of my career ever since, long before it carried the title.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, compliance, and innovation. I've led organizations through M&A integrations, HRIS transformations, workforce planning, and the practical adoption of AI in HR, not as a concept, but as a working reality.

I don't just advise on the future of HR. I build it.
